Unless other payment arrangements have been made prior to the date of service, payment is expected at the time of service prior to starting treatment. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards.

                                                   


 

Dental Insurance
Your dental insurance co-payment is only an estimate. Should your insurance pay less than the amount estimated for services rendered, you are responsible to pay the difference and/or the amount indicated by your insurance company within 60 days. In the case of overpayment you may choose to carry the credit on your account for future dental treatment or receive a refund by original method of payment (credit card refund, credit onto outside funding or check).


Payment Plans
We offer all of our patients the convenience of payment plans.  Please let us know if you are interested in any of the following options when we go over your treatment plan findings and investment for dental treatment.

  • Prepayment Savings Plan:  For our patients without dental insurance to assist them or for patients with a traditional indemnity insurance plan.  You may prepay your entire treatment investment within the required amount of time prior to your dental visit. Receive savings of 5% off of your private fees with your personal check or cash and 3% off with your payment by debit or credit card. Your dental insurance will reimburse you directly for their allowed amount.
  • CareCredit:  Credit card for healthcare investments. Once approved it can be used just like a credit card for health care concerns at participating offices including dental, medical, even your veterinarian. Deferred interest payment plans up to 12 months and no prepayment penalty. Receive fast credit approval by phone while in the office with little paperwork. You can start treatment today!
  • Payment at Time of Service:  For our patients with Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and PPO's we are participating members of and any extension of the Connection Network. Payment at time of service is required. We will inform you prior to your appointment what your estimated out of pocket, co-payment or deductible will be for your scheduled appointment. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and all major credit cards.
  • Layaway Plans are Available:  Please ask us for information.


Reservation Fees
Due to the high demand for appointments, we ask that our patients commit to their dental care by paying a Reservation Fee. That fee will go towards co-pays, out of pocket expenses or deductibles for the scheduled appointment(s). Changes that are made to the appointment(s) with less than 24 hours notice during regular office hours will result in the forfeiture of the Reservation Fee and the Reservation fee will revert to a Missed Appointment Fee.
Example: Not coming to a scheduled appointment and failing to notify the dental office during normal business hours. Voice mail messages are unacceptable.
